Where can I buy a copy of "High on Crack Street: Lost Lives in Lowell"?

I am from Lowell, Ma and EVERYONE knows about the film by HBO in '95, especially after "The Fighter" came out, but I have never seen it and always wanted to watch it. youtube doesn't have it and i've searched everywhere. Any ideas where i can find it?
