Switch schools or not?

okii so im 13 and imma graduate this year from centerville in fremont and i was going to go to Washington High but i heard that the teachers suck there and its really ghetto so i was thinking of going to Lowell In San Francisco i could just crash at my aunts place or move there since my mom's work placae is also in San Francisco and we can save a lot of money since she doesnt have to pay the brdige tole as much.. and plus right now i am having some friend issues and i wanna start fresh with no rumors or **** bout me.. but i dont wanna start freshman year in highschool alon.. i have made so many friends in Centervile i want start high school with them..i've talked with my sister about it and she said do what ever you want as long as you get an education and plus my bff or maybe ex-bff (dont know what going on) is going to irvingtion.. what do you think?? should i go to lowell or Washington?
