I've ate badly two days in a row!... what to do!?

I'm supposed to be on a diet, eating small, healthy meals throughout the day and am on an exercise routine (I'm 16, 5'3 and 102 lbs). However today and yesterday I have grossly overeaten. Yesterday besides my normal meals and snacks I had two mugs of hot chocolate, two ice creams, three and a half chocolate chip cookies, and a ton of brownie mix and chocolate icing. Today, after vowing to eat better, I started off by eating a TON more chocolate icing, another chocolate chip cookie and then half a fudge brownie Oreo cake!!! I feel terrible now! I've already exercised a bit, but I know it's not near enough to burn off anywhere near what I've consumed. I definitely plan to eat better and exercise more over the next few days, but what else can I do??
