How to dip dye hair? 10 POINTS!!!?

if you must do this at home use the powdered bleach .being that your hair is so dark a level 3 or 2 you have to wait for the stages of your hair to lighten this can be tricky .i suggest you go to the salon and let someone who does this all day everyday do it for you .using over the counter color is drying and damaging to your hair and can be over processed .trust me i know cuz i fix these kind of mistakes alot .i am a hair designer
